The CSB/SJU Diving Clinics will work with all athletes to create and build on a strong foundation of strength and conditioning, board work, and entry drills. Each diver will have the opportunity to work on drills utilizing our 1m and 3m springboards. Beyond working on our foundation skills, each athlete will create a progression plan with Coach Morell to achieve their personal goals. This can range from learning new dives to perfecting existing dives to learning new dives/upgrades.
The CSB/SJU Diving Clinics will be 2 hr sessions held at the beautiful SJU campus, at the SJU pool located in the Warner Palestra.
